European Personal Touch Cleaning ServiceI’d like to say that my experience with European Personal Touch’s services has been nothing but professional and pleasant. Maria and her staff were able to get my house show-ready to be sold. They did a phenomenal job by doing a deep cleaning of the entire house, starting from the refrigerator, to the stove to the bathrooms and ultimately steamed cleaned and removed dog hair from the carpets. The house used to have an unpleasant smell of cigarette smoke and they were able bring the house back to life by getting rid of the odor and leaving the house smelling fresh and clean. He outlined everything his company would do before they did it, answered all my excessive questions with patience and understanding, and set up scheduling. The crew was hardworking and efficient. My house looked better after Restoration Experts got to it, than it did before the smoke damage!! As you can see from the picture, something as simple as making sure the saddle matches the color of the floor they themselves installed was not even something they could deliver on. Our original saddle they threw away, then they took over 2 months to bring over a new one and install it. It is the wrong color and the wood is not even finished, it feels rough to the touch. For a project that they charged close to $4k for a small bedroom, to think this is acceptable is extremely wrong. I would NOT recommend them to anyone. They have absolutely no attention to detail.

Could have been a lot better. I sent several pictures to the office of the property, which showed the grass and the bushes, to the office and I was quoted $150 for the whole job. Two guys came a couple of days later, which was great. They picked up the leaves from the lawn, bagged them and cut the grass. They didn't touch the bushes or any of the leaves on the ground around them. When I complained about that the office claimed the guys didn't take care of the bushes because they were too dense and the job would have cost a lot more money. Maybe they were here for an hour, probably a little less. They weren't here when I came home and when I went outside about an hour later they were gone. I never got a chance to speak to either of them and the office didn't call me before they left. We've had other landscapers and none complained about the bushes being so dense it was difficult to remove leaves. Even if that were true it doesn't explain why they made no attempt to remove the leaves next to the bushes. I sent a bunch of pictures (that I wish I could upload to this review) and all I got back was a bunch of excuses. They also knocked $20 off the bill. I suggest you go with someone else.
