"We gave them a substantial deposit and they never completed the job and never returned the deposit and have stopped returning our calls. They never provided the coop the information they requested even though they assured us at the beginning of the project that they had plenty of experience dealing with NYC coops. We gave them the deposit early last spring and tried to help them pull the information together for the coop for months but in the end they blew us off, stopped returning calls and kept the deposit. We went all summer without air conditioning hoping they would come through for us."
