    Superb job! And I say this as a perfectionist who expects flawless work. We've been here for 44 years and this is far and away the best paint job we've ever had on the exterior of our house. Steve is is the best there is! Honest, trustworthy and professional. His crew is fantastic. Wilmer, the foreman, takes great pride in his work. From pressure washing, to prep, to painting, they did a great job. The prepping work was done with great care. Wonderful guys. They were here for six days and we were actually sorry to see them leave. They felt like family. Steve roofed our house 5 years ago and the roofing job, like the paint job, is the best we've ever experienced. Steve has also done a lot of carpentry work for us, including a new porch, and, once again, the absolute best work we've ever seen. The pricing is very, very fair. Save yourself and lot of time and energy and go with these guys. They are absolutely the best in the business. Many thanks, again, Steve!!

    The painters were careful, responsive, polite, arrived on time, always put in a full day’s work, worked neatly, always cleaned up each evening. The work that was completed was just as described in the contract. Emails, texts, and phone calls were responded to immediately. Sheki stooped by each day to review the progress and answer any questions. Some carpentry repairs had to be done and the work was done exceptionally well.Prep work, painting and final clean up was done with great attention to detail.     The work was nothing short of amazing. The roof replacement took only one day and once completed Niko made certain the work was perfect but that every nail and piece of debris was carted away. The stucco was repaired, followed by the exterior paint job and gutter and leader replacement. Every aspect of the job was monitored by Niko who was constantly present to address our questions or concerns.     First used Preferred Choice in 2016 for window cleaning (based on Angie’s List reviews) and was pleased with their service, so decided to give them a try at Power washing my house and driveway….glad I did. I wanted someone who could deal with a variety of surfaces without damaging any of them. Aluminum siding, slate stairs, vinyl sunroom enclosure and concrete driveway. I did a walkthrough of work I wanted performed (for both estimate and day of work). The cost of the job estimate, and final bill were the same. The driveway was a real chore hadn’t been cleaned in over 20 years and looks great now. House and awnings were cleaned well, got rid of moss on North side of house that’s been annoying me. Vinyl siding which was filthy was also fully cleaned and not damaged which was a concern of mine since it’s a softer surface. The job was performed by two workers, took them better part of day. They were diligent in performing work and were polite and respectful in answering my questions throughout he day. They also moved and cleaned some items that were blocking work on concrete. I expected them to move the patio furniture, but not to clean them as a well, so that a plus for them. All in all, the two times I’ve used Preferred Choice, I’ve been completely satisfied with their work and would recommend them to others

    Gika's painters were extremely courteous, prompt and professional. The exterior home painting was done thoroughly and details I did not even think of, his painters did! I would not think twice before recommending Gika's. Hernane Vilaca, the manager on the project would visit daily, call or text daily and also just take time to walk around the property and talk with me. He painted samples on my cedar shake so I could take a day or two and decide. Any cedar shake that was rotted or broken - they replaced with new and painted! Incredible job overall and cannot praise this company enough! Thank you for your amazing work

The tech who who did the work said the repair of the leak was guaranteed but when I called back after the first rain he refused to come back and said that I need to replace a large section of play wood and roofing because it was raised.     Jose and his team were recommended by our daughter. There were three separate paint jobs that we needed. The kitchen cabinets were oak and we wanted them painted white. Jose and his team took off all the doors and drawer fronts and took them away to the shop while the cabinet frames were sprayed and hand painted. Their work was outstanding - meticulous - and the kitchen is transformed. The second job was to paint all the oak staircase railings, spindles, and newel posts. The spindles were painted a different color than the rest. It came out perfect. The third job was to paint the oak vanity in the master bathroom. Again, it came out excellent. The team was very careful with our belongings and cleaned up everything nicely. We give our highest rating and full recommendation to Martin Painting
