"Mr. Narine showed up on time, did a thorough job of diagnosing my issue (Leaking in bathroom) and did a great job of repairing it. Easy to work with and really reasonably priced. "The installers were highly competent and professional, but for whatever reason they came up short on the oak flooring, and the warehouse had none of baseboard trim in stock the morning they came to our house so they had to come back a week or so later to complete the project."

"Beautiful showroom, great help with design, on time delivery, and excellent installers! Did a total kitchen redo and looks beautiful! All questions or concerns answered and handled right away and the installers were always early or on time, and very unobtrusive, neat and polite. Project finished ahead of time and we would use KBW again in a heartbeat. One issue was receipt of a damaged cabinet which they rectified right away and are replacing. Thanks Sara, Jim, Ed and Matt!"
