But then to have the tech who was great btw (not his fault), but was tentative about fixing the problem because of creating more damage. Another $160 for a simple diagnostic charge, again without fixing the problem. I already knew the diagnosis. So he basically did a Band-Aid fix (greased the Knob) and still charged me over $280+ for what equated to be 10 minutes of work. It was ridiculously high for the service provided. Next time I?m going to an independent, local guy."

Larry was my first point of contact and he was incredibly knowledgeable and contacted me regularly to check in. Todd, the owner, was so kind and you can tell how thorough he is about the work he does. He took the time to explain things to me and even catch things outside their job scope to make me aware of. He was incredibly fair with the pricing of the job. Nick and Dave were the two I interacted with the most because they did a majority of the labor. They were the best. They were respectful and knowledgeable. They took a lot of time to keep me updated and offer guidance for the long term care of my home. Having them working in my home never felt inconvenient.
