"There was a problem with the floors feeling rough after they were finished, because the floors were so old and never had any finish put on them, but I just called Rick and he came back and made my floors look beautiful. He also said that if there were still any rough spots when it dried to just call him and he would come back again. He was very professional and the floors look great.
