"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

"Purchased a new heater 3 years ago, the heater is no longer working they came out said it needed two new parts. This happened on Sunday 11/9. We were told the parts would be here 11/10. That was not the case. When we called they said they would not be here till 11/15. The parts finally arrived and guess what the heater is still not fixed. They stated another part is needed. They said that they would be back 11/18. They did not come back. heater is still not working, and from what we are being told they may not be able to fix it till 11/22. This is ridiculous. It's a new heater we should not have issues like this and the service has been less then par. It's freezing temps have ranged from 18-50 out side. Worst company to work with. Extremely disappointing!! Having to run space heaters to keep from freezing so the power bill will be very expensive. They should be paying for all this extra expense. On top of it we had to purchase the space heaters to just get by. What a joke."

"We used B&B Heating and Air for the first time on 10-12-2023 for our annual heating system checkup and we were very impressed. As others have mentioned, the customer service is excellent. I left a message with my first call and Connie called back promptly. We scheduled a date for the service and Connie provided information about what exactly to expect. I didn’t need to ask any questions (and I’m a big question-asker!). She gave me an arrival time frame of one hour (not 2 – 4 like many other service companies), the name of the service provider (Randolph), the cost of the service, and proactively asked if either me or my husband were military, first responders, or seniors so she could provide a discount (my husband is retired military, so we enjoyed a 10% discount). I also gave her specific parking instructions as we live in an HOA with limited parking for visitors. At the end of the call, I asked to be put on a wait list in case another customer cancelled so we could get our heater serviced sooner. Lucky for me she called back the same day with an earlier option that we happily accepted. Today, the day of service, Randolph arrived promptly, parked exactly as instructed, and started work right away. After he was finished, he used his hand vac to clean up the bits of insulation that had fallen from the access area to the attic. As he was removing his gear from our home, he said he’d be back in about 10 minutes with his writeup. As promised, he returned in 10 minutes and explained everything he had found and answered our questions clearly and in a way that my husband and I, as laymen, could easily understand. He did not try to upsell us and in fact explained all the options (only after we specifically asked) we’d likely need to consider in the next few years as our unit is getting a bit long in the tooth. It would have been very easy for him to urge us to get a new system now, but in his expert opinion, our system should be good for at least a few more years and our annual checks should show anything concerning that might develop before then. If you need an HVAC company, we’d recommend B&B Heating and Air."

"Great. Got hold of Eric Torres just when he was to start another job at around 8:30 PM. He told me he was about to start a job, and that if he were to work after 10:00 PM it would cost double time. I agreed to that and he arrived at about 9:30. Before 10:00 he was finished and the clog was removed. Eric was professional and courteous. We are quite pleased with the experience and would recommend Michael's Plumbing to anyone."

"This is the first online review I've ever written -- my experience with this company was that bad. Three aspects that deserve attention: 1) I placed an order and tried to cancel six minutes later. Turns out they don't accept cancellations. 2) I couldn't find a phone number, so I had to work the return/refund by email. The exchange was painful -- so unhelpful I felt like I was interacting with a bad chatbot. 3) I ended up eating shipping costs (expected) and got hit for a 50% restocking fee (unexpected) because I refused the package instead of paying to ship it back. Didn't matter that it went to the correct address, was clearly labeled, and had prior return authorization. So I ended up with a $21 refund on a $60 order, and a lesson learned about where not to buy appliance parts."
