They were timely and diagnosed the problem accurately but their charge was excessive without an explanation. I paid $1300. I checked the components at Home Depot and it added up to about $500. So they either jacked up the price of goods or charged $800 for a 2 hour service call. I called several times and left messages but they haven't responded. They gave me no itemized invoice. Also the plumber pushed for a cash/check option otherwise using credit would incur a 6.5% premium. That should have been my warning! Disappointed in poor customer service and value, they have lost my business and I will share with all.

We called to make an appointment to get an estimate for a small leak in our master bath. Surprisingly, the appointment was on a Sunday! Sean was the technician who quoted us a price and did the work. We had several inches of snow on the ground but he worked right through it. Sean hustled right in, figured out what the problem was, traipsed out into the snow to shut off the water, got the parts out of his truck, fixed it, explained exactly what the problem was, went back out to turn the water back on and off he went. He has a pleasing personality and is very clear on what work he needed to do and best of all the price was very reasonable! We highly recommend Ira Hansen and Sons Plumbing. Sean did such a great job that we would probably ask for him again if we ever had any problems with our 27 year old home. Thanks Sean!

Sean and Josh were great to have work on my property. They kept me informed of needed changes, were very careful to keep the property secure, and did great work. I will definitely call them again. Their bid was very competitive and the quality of the work is great. I've done my own plumbing work in tje past and was impressed with their thoroughness.

Not so great, the technician was punctual and polite etc, but the next plumber company that sent a camera down the line discovered that this plumber stopped at 50 feet. It was approx. 60 ft to the main blockage, 80 ft. to the city connector street. For $185.00 I would expect that the plumber would clean out the entire line, not stop halfway to the street. A waste of $185.

The guy was great.

When the plumber arrived, he announced that I should ignore the rest of the sign on the side of the truck as their A/C tech had left the company. I decided to complete the basic plumbing work as I needed faucet valve leaking issues resolved fairly quickly. The basic plumbing was completed OK, but it took a couple of months to find another plumbing service to remove the swamp cooler and install a new HVAC system

Everything went very smoothly. Aaron answered all of my questions. He took care of every problem that he was able to do with the supplies that he had on hand. I would trust Aaron to do any job. When I call Hansen's and Sons Plumbing, he is my very first choice.

Ralph quickly reconnected this area and tested everything. He also sopped-up excess water still in cabinet. He was done in about half-hour and when I asked about the bill - he said there be no charge. I was delighted in his efforts and attitude.

It went very well, quick and efficient; and he gave me free two stoppers and attached missing clips to the dishwasher drain hose without charge.

I will faithfully stick with Hansen & Sons for plumbing items.  They have been reasonable in all past charges and estimates.  They show up when prompted and their repair is solid and enduring. Rick's going throughout the house and crawl space was thorough.  We appreciate that.  We highly suggest using Hansen & Sons for all future plumbing repair!

We had an appointment at 1100 and they came early and called us to let us know they were available early. They were at our home for 1 hour and 20 minutes and replaced the old water heater, placed a new expansion tank, did some new copper piping, cleaned up and removed old water heater. Very informative, professional, and courteous. Will absolutely use them again for any plumbing needs.

Service man arrived withing an hour after phone call. His estimate, however, was the highest price of the three plumbing contractors I contacted.

First lets start by saying it was Labor Day that I called. We initially had a problem with the water heater pilot light, and I also had a busted pipe that happened over the winter I'm assuming in my garage wall. I made the call and received a call back within a relatively short period of time, it was Labor Day. I explained what the problems were and was told they'd get someone out as soon as the good and gave me a time-frame. They were prompt with the appointment and found that although the pilot light was out, it was operator error! The plumber went on to fix the broken pipe from the water faucet on the garage wall. Explained the charge and went to work. The job was completed in about 30 minutes and upon completion it was suggested that he don't patch the wall, however use an access panel that would allow access in the event it happens again. Great idea, problem is he suggested that I go to somewhere like the home depot and purchase it. For the time and price, this probably could've been provide in the cost of the job.
