I would be better served by a new Crafted door. The next day the handyman arrived on time. With the materials needed crafted and installed a new access door. 2 hours 300 dollars. Keith called back immediately, had me take photo's of the unit and send to him, then he talked me through the shut-off procedure. We then scheduled a visit on Monday.
