"Roberto came to my house and viewed my pool, then he fixed it. The pool pump was kaput and he gave me alternatives for the type that would best serve my needs. He wasn't afraid to tell me the one I chose would be expensive (it was), but he had stock on hand and did not charge me more than cost I did my research).
