"Me and my wife recently bought a house with a beautiful blue pool. But when we arrived after closing on the house our pool was green and filled with algae. No one told us that we needed to continue pool service so our beautiful pool turned to a pond. My real estate agent recommended Rodger with Pura Vida Pool and Spa Cleaning and after meeting Roger. I knew he was the right person for the job. Very kind and friendly to me and my wife and made us feel very comfortable when we had little to no pool knowledge. And very fair price. He even took time to teach us how to continue service on our own so we don’t have to hire a cleaning company. After we hired Rodger he got right to work by draining the pool, then the next day him and his wife came (super kind as well) completely turned our pool around. It was even more beautiful than I thought seeing it filled back with water. Thank you so much! Highly recommend"

"Not so well. Alberto left two leaks on the discharge side on newly installed PVC piping. Took a few weeks to get him back to fix and he left another two leaks.. Alberto uses thick sticky glue, no primer, basically does not know how to glue PVC pipe. Could not get him back to fix the leaks he left on the second call. He made a few commitments to return to repair leaks he left but never showed up again to do so and ignores text messages. I do not recommend."

"If you're looking to save money with getting solar this company is not the way to go. They will scam you to make you pay more than you would be paying with just the bill for energy alone. They are crooks that are only there to take you for your money. Before hiring a company I recommend anybody to check out the companies on the contracting board for the license you'll see this company has one too many disciplinary actions and currently is on probation for violating more than one of those. Now I have to file a complaint with the contracting board as well as take them to small claims because they they manipulated and lied to me and now I'm paying more for solar than I would be with just electricity alone they are scam artist"

"Terrible! Wish I had gone with another company. Here is the issue with Heavenly Heat. If your sauna arrives damaged or and issue arrives -- they have zero technical support. Your repairs will be done by any "joe" that heavenly heat finds to do the repair in your area. They will have no experience with Sauna's and are given no instructions regarding the chemical free aspect of these sauna's. The worst part is the buyer, me, was treated as if I was the problem for wanting my sauna repaired correctly. I would have refused the delivery had I realized I was receiving a damaged sauna and would have to spend hours and days trying to get this resolved. The owner, Bob Morgan, is extremely responsive before he has your money but after, is a different story. When inquiring about the sauna he would respond generally within 10 minutes. After you purchase, and particularly if you have a problem with it, you are treated as if you're a nuisance. My sister bought a competitors sauna around the same time and the service she received from knowledgable representatives was a world of difference from my experience. My other issue was that there were shipping delays and Bob would never communicate them. I would have to pursue him to get information. I think they make a decent sauna but I would not recommend for reasons stated above."
