We DO NOT provide services such as pool remodels (re-plaster, tile repair, pebble tech repair, decking). We do not work on above ground pools or spas. Assured Pool & Spa Service: We have been servicing the Las Vegas/Henderson area since 1983 and are family owned and operated. We provide monthly pool service and a wide variety of repairs and equipment installation.

Services we offer
Assured Pool & Spa offers a variety of services, including pool maintenance, all repairs, equipment installation, and much more! We are licensed, insured and maintain a technician license. We want to make sure that the customers we serve are not only taken care of, but also 100% satisfied. We understand that pools are an extension of your home and we take pride in the services we offer. We do charge a service fee however, that fee is waived if we complete the repair.
Services we don't offer
Pool Re-models - re-surface (plaster or pebble tech), tile, concrete and decking. Above ground pools (doughboy, vinyl liners). We cannot perform leak detection that requires testing the underground plumbing.

We did our best to contact anyone impacted and returned calls unfortunately, I believe the situation occurred before your appointment could even be placed on our calendar and we did not have a clue anyone had been missed. We pride ourselves on Customer Service and I am sure she is going to be very disappointed that this event caused a lapse in our service.
