Paddock Pools Patios & Spas installed a beautiful new pool for us. It also has a hot tub in it and it is all enclosed. Once we did decide on the design we wanted they got right to work. My wife and I were more concerned with the service and quality of the finished product than the price. They did a great job on our pool and spa.

Paddock Pools Patios & Spas was not a very good company. They had screwed up on the bond release and had damaged some property during installation and would not replace it. I would not refer them at all as I was not pleased with them.

Paddock Pools Patios & Spas offered us a great price. I did look at a couple of different companies. One even wanted $800 just for the acid wash. I thought this company just did a great job on everything. I could tell that they knew exactly what they doing by how fast that they were able to get my pool done.

The crew worked like clockwork getting things constructed, and everyone with one exception was easy to deal with. One of the sub contractors was not able to speak English at all; he was to rebuild our block wall that separates the neighbors on one side and closes of the front to the back yard. Due to lack of proper communication he put the wall up wrong, so we had them tear it down and to redo it the way we wanted it done. The men still did not understand what I wanted done, and it was not right at all. I called the supervisor from Paddocks Pools, he spoke with the sub contractor requesting home to redo the wall the way we wanted it done. He told me he was looking for a new sub contractor, as he was not happy with him either. The men tore everything down again (even the neighbors weren t happy with it), rebuilt the walls again and still it is not the way we wanted it. The men from Paddocks Pools were great and I would certainly recommend them without the concrete contractor.
