"We noticed a stain on the ceiling and worried we had a plumbing leak, but a plumber advised us to contact an AC company after a quick inspection and saw the pans that capture the condensation were at a weird angle and weren't attached properly to the line. He recommended Lin Air, and we were happy to contact them as we'd used the same company in our old house and they did a great job. Lin Air sent two men to check on the unit and they gave us worse news than we expected. They'd taken at least a dozen or so pictures of the set up in the roof and it was a disaster. The motors were not properly hung at all and the bearings and such were shot, also the electrical wiring was not done correctly and the condensation pans weren't even connected. The only reason we hadn't seen more staining is because we live in a dry state. The owner of the company, Brent, reached out to us and advised us to contact the company who did the install and to the maker of the AC unit to see if they'd make it right for us since the job was so bad (we bought the house after this first install so we had to do a bit of research). We hit a lot of brick walls on that and reached back out to Lin Air and Brent gave us a good price and explained everything he needed to do and why. His crew came out, set up, worked cleanly and quickly to replace both outside AC units, suspend the motors properly in the roof space, make sure the electrical was correct, make sure the pans were connected and did the thermostat install as well. Brent came out and spoke with us during this time and came back one more time to chat with us about the install and go over some of the details of registering the units (a critical factor if you have an AC install). I would absolutely recommend Lin Air to anyone. They worked quickly and efficiently and went over everything with us after the fact."

"My central air stopped working on Sunday night (during one of our famous Las Vegas heat waves). I called late on Sunday night, and Jacob from Air Zone was at my house by Monday early afternoon. He inspected the unit and quickly found a problem - one of the fuses for the air conditioner had blown. He said he needed to find-out why the fuse failed, and he found that the capacitor was bad (which caused the fuse to fail). He had all the necessary parts on his truck, and we were fixed up within about 15 minutes! One thing I really like about Air Zone (I've worked with them before) is that I trust they will only fix what is broken and not try to up-sell you on expensive repairs you might not need. Jacob talked me through why the parts failed, what I should look for in the future to spot a similar failure, and gave me some tips on maintaining the outside part of the air conditioner. We have two units at our house, and the other unit kicked-on while we were talking about the one he just fixed. He said, since he was there, that he might as well check the other unit. He did a quick inspection and said we were good to go (again, not trying to push any services I didn't need). When he was finished, he cleaned-up all of his tools and left us very happy with our repair. It's great to have found an honest and skillful air conditioner repair company. Thanks to their quick service, we didn't have to move family/pets to other parts of the house (or a hotel)."

"Full marks for True Drain & Rooter who responded the same day to my completely clogged and backed up shower drain. After clearing the shower drain, Nick (the owner) did an assessment of the drains system to identify situations that may need to be addressed at some future time. No sales pitch - just information. When finished, Nick and Dallas cleaned up the unavoidable mess that working on drains creates. Their rates are very reasonable and much lower than the quote I received from a national “chain name” for the same job. I definitely expect to call them again."

"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. "Outstandingly! David was so customer-oriented; highly knowledgeable; honest; efficient; and personable. He was working on my daughter's older Sears Kenmore Elite refrigerator and he absolutely diagnosed the issues correctly. It was such a relief to have found a highly skilled and honest repairman and not have to purchase a new refrigerator! I just want to add that David made two trips to the house--one to diagnose the issues and order the part, and the second two days later to do the installation. After two weeks of back and forth, it still wasn't cooling, so I gave Right Now Air a call, and they sent Jose out to see us the next day. The original A/C wiring was bad, previous repairs were lacking, and I asked him to check the entire HVAC system for anything else that might need fixing. Jose was fantastic! He took the time to explain what he was doing, what expected readings and conditions were supposed to be, how our system looked comparatively, and he fixed it all!
