I don't know what I would have done without them. Mike is my plumber. Totallt professional and knowledgeable. I did not know what a tankless water heater was!! Mike explained it and installed it. My adult son was totally impressed! Now my son wants to be a plumber!!

This is the way the job should happen. It did not take long with a plumbers snake to clear the blockage and it cost $100.00. Some of the larger and more known plumbers would charge $300.00. Because they are thieves and they know it!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just needed tune-up services on our two furnaces, and Shane was excellent. Knew what he was talking about and made some good suggestions. Will work with Hawthorne again.

Very shortly after entering my info in Home Advisor, I got a call from Hawthorne. That same day a technician was dispatched to work on our A/C. He came on time. Sociable. Up-front with costs (very expensive though) before doing any work. Overall we are satisfied with Hawthorne.

I really liked having Ian for installing my water heater. He was professional and kind. Because I liked him so much, I am having them install a new toilet. I know they are more expensive, but I like how they back up their service. I know that if anything goes wrong, with anything they do, they will be there to assist.

Arrived quickly. Easy to contact the contractor and quick response from scheduling. Arrived during the scheduled time and provided a list of alternatives after an inspection of the furnace. The work was completed quickly and clean up afterwards. We would definitely use them again.

They responded to my call and had someone out the next day. They explained I needed to run a new water line from the meter to the house since the water leak could not be found and with additions we have added the leak was probably underneath the concrete patio. When they came to do the work they did an excellent job and told me everything they were doing as the work progressed. Would recommend them highly.
