It was a good experience. I've been using them for a while. I would recommend them. It's convenient to my work. I would drop off my car early and I walk to my work and pick it up after work.

I brought my 1998 Lincoln Navigator in because a greasy mist was coming out of my vents. I suspected the heater core was at fault and I was correct.
The car isn't worth the cost of replacing the heater core, so he suggested we simply bypass it. I also had some other parts replaced and the car tuned up. He not only did that but because of our car's age and lack of worth, he sold me the parts at his cost!
He also gave me a discount on my tune up.
Helpful, honest and a darn nice guy!

They are so honest and trustworthy, I have left cars with them and told them to do whatever is necessary. They have never disappointed me in the quality and price

I took the car in to have all the routine replaceable parts and fluids replaced, as well as to have a thorough safety check from front to back performed. The guys took their time and were very thorough, both in their work and in their explanations of their evaluation. I feel like they became well acquainted with the vehicle, and I will be very comfortable taking it back to them from now on for its maintenance and repair.

Very professional. Identified some areas that would need work in the future (not critical parts). They also referred some work to a BMW repair shop, as they did not have the tooling to do some of the repair work. Much appreciated instead of them taking on something outside of the capacity of their equipment. Always informative. Very fair pricing. I take all 3 of our cars to SC Auto Clinic for 4+ years. Never been disappointed.

They are very, very honest. They will tell you if you don’t need something. They could literally add on services, but they don’t. They are easy to schedule with and very clean. They have an overnight drop.

I enjoy the frankness of the owners of this shop. I have taken both my Honda CRV and Mazda 6 for them to work on and I have them perform my regularly scheduled oil checks. They do thorough inspections of the car and inform you of what needs to be done now and what needs to be done later. Their prices are fair, work is done on time, and it is a relief to have a trustworthy mechanic to rely on.

Excellent. They replaced my breaks and tried to save my rotors, which I really appreciated. They have consistently done excellent work on my Ford Explorer. They do necessary work only. If you have any questions or concerns, Sal(the owner) and the other associates will explain everything in great detail. I really appreciated the fact that if you have some life left in your breaks and tires, they will advise you to wait until next oil change as opposed to other more opportunistic places that would just tell you to do it. Their prices are very fair. They do not charge a service fee unless they actually have to do work to diagnose a problem. I recently moved and continue to drive back to take my car in, because finding professional, honest mechanics like Sal and his associates is not easy.
