If I could give it a zero I would! I don't know how they are with air conditioning, but as far as plumbing, it was an Air Pro DISASTER! This is worth the read if you need plumbing fixed. I had a leak in my master bath faucet. I called my Home Warranty company and they sent this company. The guy came out, he was nice and complimentary of our home. He cut a hole in our ceiling in the kitchen below, and said he found the leak. He cut out the pipe, replaced it and said it was fixed (after an additional $350 for "special parts"). We started using the faucet and still leaking. We called APM and they sent him out again. He cut a bigger hole in our ceiling and said that he found the leak. It was a line next to the one he "repaired". This time, he cut out a big hunk of piping and said he had to take pictures and to get insurance approval to fix it. Should he not have gotten approval first? He went out to his van and was apparently waiting for approval. I went up stairs for a few minutes. He came back in, cleaned up, and left. He said nothing more to us. What he failed to tell us was that the lines he cut included the shower and bath. My wife went to take a shower and it created a flood in our kitchen. I called APM and spoke with Erik. He took no responsibility for this! I called their office, sent an email and they wouldn't get back to me. I had to get the Contractor's Board involved. I contacted the Home Warranty company and after complaining to the BBB, they said they would send them out to finish the work. APM REFUSED to come out and fix it. The Warranty company sent out another company. The plumber that came had to rebuild all the pipes the first guy cut out. On top of all of this, the actual leak was originating from the pipe on the second floor. He found it within two minutes of inspecting the area. I would stay far away from this company for plumbing!

We were assigned a technician from Air Pro through our Home Warranty company for a leak in the faucet of a walk-in tub. The technician came out and told us we needed to purchase parts but he didn’t know where we could get them. He said we would be responsible for the parts and he would do the installation. We paid him the service fee and after he left I found all his tools in our garage. I tried to contact him at the number he gave us but the voicemail was full. It was a couple of weeks before he came back (after several phone calls) and we had the parts for him, about $400 from Amazon. He then left, saying he needed to get something from a hardware store. We never saw or heard from him again. We had to get a different company to come out, pay the service fee again, only to be told that sort of repair was not covered under our warranty. I was OK with that, but the Air Pro guy should have told us that. I should have kept his tools. When I disputed the charge with the bank, Air Pro responded that the technician came out and even though he gave us the wrong information, we had to pay. I’d give them zero stars—even negative—if I could.

Do NOT go with this company. They quoted me $5,400 saying I needed a new A/C compressor. I called another company and it was the circuit breaker. I bought the part for Home Depot for $16.31, popped it in and the A/C fired right up. I wonder how many people they sold new compressors to when it was the circuit breaker, UNBELIEVABLE!

stay far away.... Hot Water Heater went out filed claim with Home Warranty Company. They sent out this horrible company who sent BOGUS Report back claiming Inaccessible. Its totally Accessible.. My Disabled A$$ could easily access and replace... They just trying to scam more money it appears.

Thursday Dec 15, 2022, our heat went out. Call the warranty company, and they said Air Pro Master would be the technician. Technician came out on 12/16/22, and the person they sent was a rookie. He had to keep calling others in order to understand what the problem might be. after an hour or more, he said it was the gas valve assembly, and the office said the part would be ordered. supposedly they ordered the part on 12/16/22, and said it would arrive on 12/23/22. I had asked them to expediate the part, and they said that was expediated, but talked with the company they ordered from and they said they had an expediated service, which was next business day. Pro Master did not offer say this. on 12/23, the part still had not arrived. Therefore, we were left with still a cold house, with friends, seniors and pets arriving for the Holiday. And they were closed on 12/26. I called another company and they came out ASAP, I had to pay from pocket, but they fixed the unit right away. They said it was not the gas valve assembly but the ignition board, which was available locally. pro master finally called today 12/27, and tried to setup an appointment for later this week. This company was very rude as well, not caring to help the customer especially during a cold time and holiday. I called the warranty company and filed a complaint as well. Don't use this company, they don't care about people.

The company Airpro y flooded our house, broke a new faucet, and then Left. Incredibly BAD Service! Never, never use their services!!!!

The people at Air Pro Master are exactly like their name indicates. They were pros from start to finish. They showed up on time, their price was reasonable, they installed a quality unit, they weren't pushy about making a sale and gave us options and were a complete joy to do business with. They made us a promise at the start that they would take care of us and they did exactly that!

Air Pro Master’s were great. They came out to my rental property and took care of our A/C issues quick. My tenants were very pleased. I highly recommend them.

Air Pro Master has very bad, poor, and unprofessional service. They send this contractor to schedule to look at the problem in our property, the technician of Air PRO Master LLC named "BOB WHITTLE", cannot wait for the door to be opened that we hear him outside the house but suddenly left the house and put the status of our request as we missed our appointment. Then, the second time around, they scheduled sending superior technician with same company service contractor (Pro Air Master, LLC), as a recall with same service problem, we waited on the time of scheduled visit but no body showed up, and nobody even cared to text, call, leave voicemail, or let us know the reason of NO SHOW. They just left us on the air nothing with out any courtesy. The problem our property has not even seen and assessed yet. It's been 2 weeks now. I called and followed up American Home Shield to know the status of my service request and told me since we missed the first appointment, the service contractor (Air Pro Master, LLC) just decided to cancel our recall service because for no whatever reason. How ridiculous, incompetent, inefficient, company to do business. That company (Air Pro Master, LLC) has a very bad reviews in setting an appointments but and Not showing up appointments. If your House Insurance send you this service contractor please stay away, if you don't want to have this inconvenience.

Not well. I had 2 plumbers say faucets needed replaced not cartridges. Air Pro Master or home warranty company decided the cartridges needed replaced. No communication just showed up and replaced cartridges. Also a 5 hour window for serviced . Seems like they should be able to schedule better. They did call 30 minutes before showing up. Their response was faucets are not leaking. Correct but I’ll be replacing again in a year. Past experience shies this to be true.

We were contracted with Air Pro Masters through our home warranty company (HSA). The job was requested July 2, they said they'd come out on July 7. They never showed up and then told HSA that the job was complete. It took me several days of calling, getting hung up on, being put on hold and long wait times on the phone to finally reschedule. They rescheduled for July 16. THEY NO SHOWED AGAIN! They cancelled the appointment and never called us. We finally had to contact HSA again and the contracted us out to another company. Within 2 days the job was completed. We DO NOT recommend Air Pro Masters.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. If your home warranty tries to stick you with this company. VEHEMENTLY decline. Save yourself time, money and use a company with professionalism. They sent a plumber to fix a leak under my sink. Plumber stated only something needed to be tightened. I went out of town, came back underneath sink completely soaked and flooded out, leaking. Called this company back, young lady said soonest Monday. I called back again spoke to another rep. Advised I have water damage due to the plumber not fixing the leak. The leak is still ongoing i need someone ASAP. She stated a plumber would be out the next day ( Saturday 6/27/20). Saturday I get a call from Rofo* - "sorry our plumber had a family emergency we can come out on Monday" Today is Monday- 6/29/20- Call from Ashley- " Hi, we need to reschedule you for tomorrow between 1-6pm. Our tech truck broke down" Second reschedule in three days. Is this really a company you want to do business with. I have already called American Home Shield and demanded my service fee back. By this time, I have already called another company ( out of pocket) because of the amount of the water damage to have the leak fixed, now a restoration company has been out to take the wood from underneath and the cabinets to avoid mold. All this because Air Pro Masters did not FIX my leak, did not send a tech back to check or rectify issue that caused secondary damage to my property. I truly believe their tech caused this additional damage. What started off a a small dripping leak has turned into a major leak with damage because of this company. They do not care about their customers. Please I am out of pocket so much money and this horrible *** company still have not come out. This would be DAY with a leaking pipe and water damage cause of this company if I would have waited for them.

If you are considering hiring Pro Master, LLC, do not walk away, run away. Today an Air Pro Master, LLC representative came by our house to repair two toilets. We were using our American Shield Insurance Policy. We have to pay a $75.00 fee for each service call. I explained to the representative that the toilet continues to runs after it flushes, when the water in the tank reaches the desired level, the water continues to run and the turn off value is too close to the water line and it is difficult to turn off the water. He said there was nothing he could do about the shut off water value because it is/was a preexistence issue. I said no problem with the shut off value. He turned on the water and then he noticed the flap did not go down like it should. He looked at the arm attached to the handle. He told me because the arm had some corrosion it was not allowing the flap to sit. Then he said because there is corrosion on the arm then that is considered a preexistence condition as well and was not covered under my policy. Then I explained the ball was not rising to the desired level therefor the arm attached was not shutting off the water when the tank was being refilled. He manually pulled up the aforementioned arm and the water shut off. He said the arm was working now therefore there was nothing he could do because it is currently working. Any plumber should realize if the flap is not sitting or lowering like it should 99% percent of the time the flap needs to be replaced. Anyone with any plumbing experience should know in Vegas if a metal arm is in water for any period of water it will show some signs of corrosion. Again, if any plumber noticed that one has to manually lift an arm to shut off the water then it is not working properly. Then he tried to tell me the arm attached to the flap is causing the arm attached to ball to malfunction. The two are not connected. How can he possibly tell whether these are preexisting conditions if they were working properly when we purchased the house? Over the years, I have done plumbing work; I have own and managed income properties and houses, replaced and repaired numerous toilet parts. I found his explanations beyond reason. If any other Pro Master representatives are like this young man then they should not advertise as a plumbing company.

They replaced and referred water abatement team for tear down and repair. Process was fast and clear.

Air Pro master technician who arrived was a coward and acted in a lame and unhelpful manner. He refused to fix the AC and simply left. We asked technician to stay and finish the job, but he did not listed and left. We could not believe it and were very frustrated. This is a potential law suit case because a sick child and was inside the overheated apartment and technician refused to help. Technician looked for excuses not to fix the air conditioning most likely because it was very hot outside 110F heat wave, and it was Sunday and Fathers day or perhaps simply too much of repairs for Sunday. He took pictures of birds on the roof, blamed birds on the roof, and simply left without our permission. We had to call another AC company to fix the AC who was not scared of birds or pigeons on the roof. Airpro Master had wasted our time and disappointed us very much. We hope they develop more courage, compassion and hard work attitude to do their job in the future. We will never use them again. Red flag. Our home warranty company American Home Shield was able to find another AC company to work on our AC.
