"Had a new toilet installed in May 2020 and everything has worked out very well. Price was a little high in my opinion, but the situation called for a reputable company to install on some messed up floorboard and they did great job. Provided a few toilet options, let me choose and then went and made the purchase from local store. Did not have options on the truck which is understandable."

"They came out to unplug a toilet and then we asked them to look at leak in the shower. The shower is still leaking and when we turned on the shower, it didn't work. They did come out on a Saturday to make the shower work, but it should've been done right the first time."
