"Woke up to a cold shower and my water heater heater leaking all over my garage!!! Called American Brothers and they were able to come out right away. Their plumber was friendly and acknowledgeable. I didn't feel like I was getting ripped off or being sold something I didn't need. They are absolutely my go to plumber for now on!"

"I have to say I was really impressed with this entire business, very professional and knowledgeable, great communication, even a nice logo if that means anything. I'm really picky and can be a pain in the a customer so it's not often I'll go to this trouble writing but here it is. I needed a gas line relocated to make my oven fit against the wall without sticking out, the old oven had a cavity in the back but the new one is solid on the back. After requesting a free estimate Ray came out and we had a good conversation. I asked a bunch of questions and I drew a sketch to explain how I wanted it to look and told him I could do the drywall if he can manage the gas line. I do a lot of DIY but not gonna mess with the gas line. Ray returned in a few days and installed a new valve / stub for our gas range. I patched the drywall & now everything fits into a nice pocket. Ray was also able to answer my questions from RO to salt softeners and a leaky toilet. Offered good advice and didn't try to up-sell me anything I wasn't asking about. I would not hesitate to use these guys again."
