Best sump pump installation pros near Jean, NV

"From the initial contact with the office to the final service, they were an excellent choice. They did not try to oversell; I was given three options, including replacing the current system with the same choice (the cheapest) and two additional choices providing different options at different levels of cost. Other companies that provided a quote only offered one option and looked for a decision immediately, The two service techs that came out and installed my new system were exceptional. They wore masks and gloves for my safety and explained everything that they were doing each step of the way. The system has been in for a week now and I am still having difficulty getting used to how wonderful the water feels compared to the many years of super hard water. The company was an excellent choice and will be my plumber from now on."

"Great company, amazing customer service was able to come and complete work same day!!!!"

"We used the special Angie's List discount offer, so got good deal. Kevin & Brandon called when they were on the way. They were very nice & professional. They ran a snake all the way through the line & got several clogs cleared quickly. They got it draining again & explained everything clearly. They even gave tips on how to prevent clogs in the future."

"My wife and I just got a water softener system installed ; the two technicians, DeMarion and Adrien, were great: very professional, they explained to us the water system in details and they installed it pretty fast too. I recommend this company."

"great job, very professional installers."

"My original was to replace the hinges and hasp on the old outdoor access door for my water heater. I was convinced due to the condition of my old weathered door. I would be better served by a new Crafted door. The next day the handyman arrived on time. With the materials needed crafted and installed a new access door. 2 hours 300 dollars. I am very pleased with the workmanship."

"Response time was very quick, which I greatly appreciated because my water heater flooded the platform it stood on and caused a great amount of damage to the surrounding walls as well overnight. Removal and installation went very well. Jose was very professional and informative. I absolutely recommend and will continue to use this company."

"I called Plumbing Pros and spoke to Larry. They were busy and did not know when they would be able to get to our house. He was kind enough to understand the serious nature of our issue and refer us to another company that was able to address our problem more quickly. The other company was great and we were really grateful for the referral. He said to call him back if we had any trouble reaching the other plumber and was extremely helpful. I would not hesitate to call him in the future."

"Although he did not respond to my message through the Angie's List message, he responded immediately when I called his cell phone. His voicemail box was full be he called me back immediately. He was on time and did the project in the time frame he quoted. He explained fully why it was installed the way it was and what I needed to to do to change anything I needed to."
