I explained about the water marks on my baseboards, after checking the pipes, I advised him we had it repaired because the faucet was leaking. He said the gasket probably gave out because of the pressure valve leaking. He was correct, replaced the pressure valve and problem solved. He was very knowledgeable, respectful and professional.
