"I contacted the company after doing my due diligence for this project. I scheduled the appointment A WEEK IN ADVANCE and was given an 8-10 am window. At 10:10, I called and was told that the original plumber was tied up but that they would get another plumber to me in 20-30 minutes. I cancelled that appointment and went with another provider. If i gave them a full week to schedule something AND the person that was to do the job was unavailable, I should have received a phone call first thing and they should have solved the scheduling issue....I shouldn't have had to make that call."

I would be better served by a new Crafted door. The next day the handyman arrived on time. With the materials needed crafted and installed a new access door. 2 hours 300 dollars. I am very pleased with the workmanship."
