"***DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH GOLD GLASS*** Very unprofessional! Last week I ordered a few pieces of glass from this business. Yesterday i picked up the sheets of glass. However, when I got home I realized that one piece, the largest, was off by 10 inches. I called them today and told them that there was a mistake and the piece was too small. The "manager" I spoke to said "first of all, I don't know who this is..." Nice way to speak to a customer. He then said he would call me back. When he called me back he said insisted that the invoice and measurements were correct, and that I must have ordered the wrong size. I told him that the measurements were correct and that his employee probably wrote them down wrong. When I ordered the pieces, I had the measurements in my phone notes and showed them to the employee. I asked what can we do to fix the situation. He said there was absolutely nothing they could do. Apparently, I unknowingly agreed to an "all sales are final" deal. I asked if I could exchange the piece and pay the difference if there was one. He said no. I would have to buy a new piece. Their employees were all rude and made it clear from the start that they did not want to help me. When I went to the store to pick up and pay for the glass. I wanted to pay cash, the manger snapped at me because they didn't have change and said "just use a credit card". Excuse me sir, I'll pay whatever way I want or I won't buy your crap. Of course, this business demands 50% payment in advance (super sketchy way to do business). That should have been a red flag right there."
