"Good afternoon, I am truly sorry for any inconvenience you have experienced. Angie's List (now Angi) has very recently gone through a massive site change, which caused us to miss your messages completely. We hope that you reconsider your review, given the circumstances. Please do not take your experience as a reliable representation of our customer service. Thank you."
"[Member Name Removed], our employee had recommended the wheels on the on sliding patio door be replaced prior to installation of the glass panel. The old wheels made it difficult to slide the doors in either direction without the use of any excessive force. You declined to follow our instruction on said matter and only then after three weeks upon completion of the job did you actually contact me via phone to tell me your problem with the crack that had appeared on the glass of your patio door. Upon later inspection of the door I was able to verify my employee’s initial concern with the patio door’s old wheels. It was clearly stated that the glass had no warranty. Sincerely, Juan"
"I'm very sorry for the inconvenience and frustration that this miscommunication has caused you. Given the opportunity, I would be more than happy to assist you in completing your shower door installation. Sincerely, Juan"
"Thank you for taking the time to review our business. Your feedback is important to us as we are always striving to provide the best possible experience. We apologize for the poor workmanship and communication. This issue has been brought to our attention over a year later and perhaps repairs have been carried out. However, should they still be present and the client be willing, we would greatly appreciate the opportunity to correct the situation."
