Starship Hubskyi Appliance Repair

Dealing with this company has been an absolute headache. I hired them to replace a gasket in my washer. I told them it was a stacked unit with the washer on the bottom and because of this, was quoted labor for two people. On the first day the technicians were supposed to arrive, they no showed. I had to reach back out to coordinate for the next day (the company never notified me they were going to be late or not show at all). On the second attempt, only one person showed up. The company stated they weren?t aware that I had a stacked unit which isn?t true. On the third attempt, they were able to complete the job. However, they scratched up the wall in my laundry room pretty bad so now I?ll need to get this fixed too. Furthermore, I was charged labor for 2 technicians plus $100 for a plumber, although only 1 of the 2 technicians showed up. It?s worth mentioning that out of all the quotes I received, Starship Hubskyi was the most expensive option. Would definitely not hire again.
