L&L Glass gave us different quotes for our large 58"x86" tempered glass shower wall. We chose 1/2" thickness over 3/8" thickness since it was such a large piece of glass. We also liked the Starphire Ultra Clear glass over the standard clear glass. From making an appointment to measuring to installation, this company was very professional and had the best price. They were also the only company that used just 2 clips at the top, not 4-6 clips that other companies quoted. It looks so much better with just 2.

The shower glass is one of the best parts of our bathroom! It's beautiful, high-quality and the installer was very informative on how to care for the glass.

I learned about L&L Glass from Floor and Decor on County Line road in Highlands Ranch (Denver). I have used other glass companies in the past. The L&L Glass company whole experience from phone, showroom, consultation, installation  and billing was very professional. The man who measured knew exactly what he was doing, could answer all the questions, and gave accurate explanations. This European Shower Glass is not a standard shower door, so he was able to explain  if it was possible to use, and how to make it secure. The installers were very knowledgeable and did an excellent job. The measuring and installation was completed in about 2-3 weeks. This is a high quality company with a focus on customer service and excellent standards. Their prices were more than competitive. Don't waste your time shopping for a deal and end up disappointed. If these are done correctly they will last for years and always be attractive.

From start to finish, L&L has shown a thoughtful and professional way of doing business.  They have been kind and patient with questions and making sure everyone had there questions answered.

Their technician repaired and resolved a chronic problem.  Almost a year after the repair, the glass remains stable in the frame.  No problems or follow-up required.

Shower door was nice. Good selection of fixtures. Shower door just misses clearing the shower head but this could have been my contractor who didn't think things through. Mirror for vanity was also pretty good but they didn't caulk around it. Overall pretty good service and punctual.

Great job!  I called for a quick quote over the phone.  The price was higher than others but L&L was negotiable.  I scheduled a time for site measurement and they arrived on time.  They promptly called me after the measurements to confirm a final price and installation schedule.  The installers arrived two weeks later on the day scheduled ? about an hour late but they called several times in advance to ensure I was aware.  Installation and final quality was superb.  Excellent framelessinstallation ? no channels, just a single wall clip with very tight tolerance between the door and panel.  I used L&L about 10 years earlier, too.  They were professional, responsive, conscientious of my time, and patient with my questions.  I found the price a little higher than others, but the quality seems the highest, so I have no problem with the cost.  I would absolutely refer L&L Glass and use them again.

FINALLY - a company that understands what customer service is all about! This is rare to find in any kind of service industry these days, but L&L has it figured out. L&L installed a shower-enclosure for us. Without fail, they showed up when they said they would (including for the estimate), they did what they said they would, and they were done when they said they would be. The shower closure they installed is beautiful, it is exactly what we wanted. I had to call them to have them come back out once to adjust the door, and they were here the next morning (on time again) - and made the adjustment immediately. We have been extremely pleased with their service, and cannot recommend them highly enough. This is a great company!

The people at L & L Glass were patient and informative. They showed me the choices that I had in the price range I was looking for and discussed the pros and cons for each one.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB OF DUPLICATING THE GLASS PIECE. IT WAS A PERFECT SIZE AND THICKNESS TO MATCH THE OTHER FOUR SHELVES. IT WAS EXPENSIVE, BUT YOU COULD NOT FIND A PLACE ANYWHERE ELSE THAT COULD DUPLICATE THE PIECE OF GLASS THAT I NEEDED.
