They were the last of 5 that I got bids from. Their bid was not the lowest or the highest, but seemed very fair, and I was very impressed with their honesty and quick response. Dave came out to give me a bid, and was very helpful and professional and gave me a lot of advice about windows and security systems. Troy and Steven were the installers and did a great job. They were very prompt (even early), professional and efficient. I felt very comfortable with their service and would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone.

We ended up with a new door that is attached differently. At the base of the shower frame you can see corrosion where the previous door attached. They scraped at it and put some caulking in the hole, but it doesn't look great. The new door is nice. The office people were courteous when I called. Service technicians came when they said they would, were courteous and worked quickly. We paid half the cost as a deposit, they ordered materials and emailed when they were in, then I called to schedule installation and paid the balance when they were finished.

Bradley sent out two guys. They measured the windows needing new parts and ordered them. It took about a week for the parts to come in. They came back out and installed the parts and cleaned the the tracks and the windows now open easily and smoothly - better than when they did new.

Everything turned out okay. There was a person who took care of everything. They were out to do a repair but they didn't have what they needed. They had to come back and order the parts. There were just some delays due to some human error. As far as the skill of completing the job, he did a good job. The price was fine. It was handled professionally. When they came out to do the repair and couldn't because they didn't have all the parts. The person who basically set up the order had not filled out the paperwork properly. We asked them to do an estimate on another job. They're a window company but they didn't have a measuring tape which we thought was kind of odd. They borrowed that. Once they got done, it was all fine but it was a little clunky along the way. They did a good job when they got it done.

The people at Dan Bradley Glass were great to work with.  They were on time for the estimate and were great about explaining our options. The installers came on time and were friendly and professional.

Back in June and July of this year, I had Dan Bradley custom build and install a shower glass enclosure and a new privacy picture window in our master bathroom and we are more than thrilled with their quality of work, in both craftsmanship and installation.  All of the staff we were in contact with, from the receptionists to the measurers to the installers (and even Dan Bradley himself at one time), were courteous and friendly and knew their stuff.  Only minor complaint I have is that they can be a little slow moving when providing quotes and also during the build of the order but, really, I think I can chalk that up to how busy this company is. It speaks to how in demand their services are!

Estimator arrived on time and reviewed our master shower door situation. He provided an alternative of repair or replacement. Replacement was the best option given the age of the existing door. Pricing was provided 3 days later. Shower door was installed a week later. Everyone couldn't have been better. We have used Dan Bradley for several years and they have always performed perfectly. They are also careful to clean up after their installs.

The Good - Glass looks good, job was completed for a competitive price and I felt comfortable with them in my home.  They also used a 3rd party handy man (Curtis) for the trim pieces.  He was by far the best handy man I've ever worked with & was the best part of the install. Extremely professional & very friendly with excellent communication skills.
The Not so Good - From measurement to install date was twice as long as I was told it would take without a phone call to let me know. Although when I called to find out what was going on they immediately scheduled my install date. I was not in a rush so it wasn't a big deal.  The worst part about the experience is they didn't clean the glass once installed to "finish the job", they didnt move my furniture back into place & they left some mess for me to vacuum up.
All in all I would use them again over anyone else I called.  Price was right & very professional.

The initial consultation and work sent well. They came out, took measurements and then scheduled the install. When it was time to install the technicians were professional and the glass panel was put in without issue. In talking with the installers, they told us that the silicone used to seal the edges would never mold. Not that it would matter for us, give the walk in shower is open, there's no door between the bathroom and the shower area, so the shower dries out rather quickly and does not stay moist.
One year later, mold is growing on the silicone along the bottom of the glass panel. I called and they sent out a technician to evaluate. He measured the angle of the dam wall the glass is sitting on, looked at a few other things and said that everything is built correct and there is no reason he can see for the mold to be there.
Two days later I had not heard back from their office, so I called back and spoke to a woman who informed me that we had to have a mold remediation company come out to take care of the mold on the silicone before they would come out to replace the silicone, which they would charge about $100 to do. Note, that nothing else in the entire shower, or house for that matter, is molding. Even if the technicians hadn't told us the silicone would never mold, I'm extremely disappointed with Dan Bradley Glass and their claims that their work and products have nothing to do with the mold, when it's the only thing in the entire house that has mold on it!
I ended up hanging up on them when it became clear that there were not interested in helping out our family in any way, nor would they stand behind their work or products.

Dan Bradley was amazing to work with. He is knowledgeable, smart, efficient and, best of all, affordable. My new shower enclosure is beautiful! He prices things fairly and gives good value. Many contractors in Vegas do not follow up on the job, but Dan does. The new fixed, dual-pane windows came right away. Everything is done in a timely manner.

I had to fix up my house to sell it and I had a lot of contractors through Angie's List, Dan was one of the best for responsiveness and fairness. I highly recommend him.

They redid two block windows that were hit out by golf balls. They were fast and did a really good job. They were really punctual and I would definitely recommend them.

Went there to replace a broken hinge on a bathroom shower door, where I find out that this hinge is no longer being made because of its poor lifespan. (Not to mention that the original installers are no longer in business!). The people at Dan Bradley's were very nice and do good work for a very reasonable charge. We would use their services again!

Took a week for estimates but was low and reasonable. It was not an emergency, so the week was not an issue. Replaced the glass immediately after without any problems. Good company with reasonable prices.

We phoned at least 10 companies to come out and give us a bid on our broken window. We had no one that would come out for a bid. Dan Bradley not only came out promptly gave us a fair price, a good time line, and did a great job with the install.

They were friendly and on time and I would recommend this company to anyone. They were very dependable and trustworthy. The price is reasonable as well. The workers made sure to answer all of my questions. I think overall this company does great work.
