I had part of the bathroom shower remodeling paid for, $6800, by Veterans Administration under the HISA grant. Tom and Reuben work with the VA to complete grants provided by the VA. By using Top Remodeling you won't be disappointed. Great people and great work. They did such a great job with the bathroom remodeling, we had them tear up all upstairs flooring and put new beautiful flooring Carole S.

I was looking to remodel a 28 year old kitchen. I had met with 3 other contractors before I met Tom from Top Remodeling Construction. I immeadiately felt confortable with him. Unlike the other contractors he showed me his license right away and was able to give me a detailed quote on the spot. I had heard from friends many contractor horror stories where the contractor shows up for a couple of days and then it may be weeks before you see them again. Tom assured me that would not be the case with him. I also told him I knew little about design and construction and would need some help with ideas as well as picking out materials. He promised to help and I must say his ideas and guidance in this process turned me from extremely anxious to very pleased with the entire process. So, pleased in fact that after the kitchen was done I had them remodel 2 bathrooms also. Which I am also very happy with. All of the employees that worked at my house were very professional. As well as respectful and courteous. Which made the process much more of a pleasant experience than I was anticipating. And as Tom had promised they were there almost every day. There were a couple of days where they needed to wait for materials or something. But if they were not able to come that day. Tom made sure I was aware of it beforehand. He was good to his word on everything he had promised. I can't say enough good things about Tom and his partner Reuben. Tom especially went above and beyond what I was expecting. If you are considering a remodel. These are the guys you need. I recommend Top remodeling construction to all my friends. Especially those who had told me all those contractor horror stories.

All were very pleasant and their work was outstanding. The project started the same week the contract was signed. Every day was scheduled and the workers showed up. Full kitchen remodeling finished in less than 4 weeks. Ty, you so much Tom and Ruben.
