"Exceeded all expectations! On top of the floor product being phenomenal, the installers were polite, friendly, punctual, fast, professional, problem solvers, worked well as a team, painted all the baseboards, and were extremely careful and respectful of our property, our furniture and a delicate wall treatment. They also took the initiative to correct several issues left by a previous contractor of ours. Ron was obviously experienced and no-pressure when he came out to see our home for a quote, and Keisha couldn't have been more efficient or nicer when scheduling and answering questions. Additionally, they were both extremely gracious when we had to postpone at the last minute for a personal reason. Their policy is no charge until project is complete and satisfactory. Fantastic experience from start to finish!"

"Fantastic service and installation of our herringbone marble backsplash! There’s a lot of detail, measuring and patience when doing herringbone and these guys got it right! They were also extremely reasonably priced. I appreciated that they covered the floors and kept everything tidy in our home."

"Amazing. They demoed old tile and replaced with luxury vinyl plank. I had two crews, one for first floor and one for 2nd floor. They were all great and extremely hardworking. My 2 nd floor team also re-tiled my fireplace. I used very large format tiles and layout was extremely important. They were careful and did a gorgeous job."

"Renee was our sales consultant and she was terrific. She brought samples, helped us by setting everything up, and the work was done flawlessly! I have to mention that the guys who did the floor were awesome as well! I believe the main man s name is Hector They re very quick, too as the whole project only took them a few hours...they were done the same day!! This was new laminate wood flooring for a big master bedroom and closet. We are very happy to have chosen ES or Soebbing Flooring, and would highly recommend them."

"I would like to recognize â Floor Covering International â for their five star customer service as well as five star professionalism, and quality of work. I contacted them after receiving poor service from a pushy sales person from another company. When I spoke to the receptionist â Floor Coverings Internationalâ , I explained what I had been though and friendly sales representative assured me that the sales representative doing my was a professional, and I would not have to worry about being pressured into buying anything. When Travis arrived-to my house ,he listened to what type of project I was requesting and did not try to talk me in to something I did not want. I also explained to Travis that I wanted the installation to occur in one month and he did not try to intimidate me by telling me that the price would change, and I really appreciated that! After signing the contract, there was a few concerns I had and Travis,as well as the supervisor Brad, contacted me in a matter of minutes to put my mind at ease. They both assured that the Floor installation would happen at the exact date and time I requested. The installation crew supervisor, Pedro, arrived the first day of installation and provided me information on how to maintain and care instructions for my new floors. Pedro also stopped by two additional times to check on the the crew and made adjustments to ensure the floors would be completed in a timely manner. The whole installation crew was very professional and they worked nonstop. They also kept their area tidy each day. One thing that really impressed me was the moving of the furniture. The crew took pictures of everything before they moved it and once the floors were complete, they put everything back in exact order!! When I tell you this company is a five star organization, please trust and believe. Their prices were not bad at all and actually for the same price, the other company was charging, I was able to get another area of laminate floors versus the carpet. The other company tried to pressure me to get. I know this review is super long but for the service I received, the least I can do is to recognize â Floor Coverings Internationalâ for a job well done! I highly recommend them if you are thinking about doing any type of floor renovations! Lakeisha E."

"Edgar texted before his arrival. He arrived on time. He looked at the area of our 2 yr old carpeting that required stretching. He provided an estimate that we felt was fair for the size of the job and since he had all the required tools with him, started and finished the job. He took his time and made sure to stretch in the proper directions and all the way to the walls. Edgar is professional and personable. If/When the need arises, we will definitely rehire him for our flooring needs."

"They did a great job on the installation of our new flooring throughout the entire house. unfortunately your review system doesn't allow for multiple types of flooring they did a great deal of carpet and laminate flooring. We would recommend them to anyone."

"Amin and his crew at AM Flooring did an awesome job on my house! They put in new LVP floors, remodeled my kitchen, and everything looks great. The work was done on time and for a solid price. Super easy to work with—highly recommend!"
