"I had deep dirt stains in my carpet in the heavy traffic areas and they used a special chemical and shampooed the traffic areas about 10 times on the stairs and they got all the heavy traffic area dirt out of my carpet. They are very nice and professional and went the extra mile to clean my carpets. Great deal for the $$$"
