The tech showed up actually 15 minutes early was very nice and got right to work He explained what he was going to do explain what he did what he found and they also provided emailed copies of the diagnostic report on the furnace units he serviced two units

Diagnostics were spot-on(as expected from previous experience) and cost was fair. Don did a thorough checkup of AC system and knows his AC systems. He is my go-to AC guy in Vegas. Once the summer hits, time slots get harder to schedule so it's good to get ahead of the game and do a AC checkup before-hand.

Dom was there training a new employee and it was good to see all the detail he went into with him. They were very professional, detailed, and knowledgeable.
