"This has been the run up to Thanksgiving Week and the beginning of the Holidays, so we knew that every company is super busy fielding service calls due to the cold spell. 
Chris got back to us as soon as he could and we were next in line.  He scheduled us immediately and gave his full attention. He arrived promptly as promised.
Our heater issue turned out to be caused by a plumbing issue, which Chris diagnosed and explained to us exactly what our plumber would need to do to fix it, with an additional recommendation for which valve needs to be changed to a different kind, and why.   The plumber really appreciated having those details which Chris gave us, so Chris also saved us a plumbing diagnostic.
He was knowledgeable, professional and kind, and the cost was far less than what he could have charged for all the time he spent.
We will definitely call Chris and Bond HVAC for any of our properties' heating or A/C needs in future.

"My air conditioning was not working at all. Pete was here within five minutes of me calling the company. He spent at least an hour going through the entire system, the attic and everything. He told us we needed to clean the filters, and he even took my son out and showed him how to clean and maintain the filters. He could have taken advantage of me, but because he didn't, I will surely use him in the future."

"I had issues with my heating/AC unit making banging noises when the heat kicked in. The unit was  over 30 years old and I feared it needed to be replaced. I contacted Ability (John) and we set up an appointment for a technician to come out. Sadly my fears were correct and the tech advised me that the banging noises were actually due to small explosions in my heater...kind of scary..
He gave me an estimate and I told him I didn't have the money at the time and would have to think about what to do. The tech advised me that since it was almost spring, the rates for heating units might go down in the near future, and stated he would call me if any specials came up.
True to their word, they did call me several times and we did end up coming to an agreement.
The techs came to my house at the agreed upon time, and were very polite, and proficient.
I am very happy with the service I received, and would definitely use this company again.
In addition, they have followed up by sending me letters with offers of specials on the services they provide.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs HVAC service.

"I felt that their coupon offer was a bit misleading in that the coupon states "Entire HVAC and Air Duct Cleaning," while in fact the offer is for only one unit.  If your house has more than one unit, then there is an additional charge.  This was explained to me upon contacting the owner however, and was charged an additional $99 even though my home has 3 units, so I thought the price was still very reasonable.  I felt that the owner and assistant were very courteous, efficient, and worked hard.  I was satisfied and happy with the job and with the cost.
