  I worked with Mold Remediation / J&L Construction when I had a leak in my upstairs bathrooms. The damage was quite severe and my insurance company would not pay for it. I needed new sub-floors, tile work - basically bathrooms rebuilt. From the beginning, Kelly was amazing. Kelly came out and gave me an estimate. He was honest with what I needed, went over all the options, and in the end gave me an extremely fair estimate. By far, the best estimate I received. His crew was amazing. They did a very high quality of work and felt comfortable having them in my home. After all the work was completed, he took the time to review the invoice and delivered on everything he promised. I can not recommend this company and their employees enough. I plan on using them for any future work I need. It was amazing to find honest people who care about their customers

  Jon did a great job on my ceilings. I had popcorn ceilings that were falling off. I had him come in, remove it all, and skim the ceilings for a smooth finish. We were still living in the house, but he covered all of our belongings. I would definitely recommend him

  Rob, the technician dispatched to make the repairs, was outstanding! He arrived on time, explained everything that was being done, ensured the area below the work area was protected from any damage from moisture and dust. He was very personable, professional, but not in a stuffy sort of way and was engaging. He was contrite and apologetic that the follow-up was necessary, but he was equally determined to ascertain the cause of the continued deterioration of the shower drain connection to the drain pipes. As on his first visit, Rob was professional and engaging. Rob's employer should know that Rob is also a great mentor.   The patio roof had rotted in several places due to water buildup. The prior owner apparently put up the roof himself and it was not level. They removed corrugated steel and rotten plywood and facia board, and installed new materials along with a larger drip edge and seal to stop water from backing up. It was then painted and quite close to the original color. Lawrence and Brandon did a great job, they were neat, picked up, and there was not a single nail or screw left on the ground. I have since had this contractor back to do minor repairs outside and would definitely recommend them

  Andy from Axiom has been terrific. He provided me with an accurate quote and had his flooring crew start within 3 days. They were polite, professional and worked efficiently. Andy stopped by every day, sometimes twice a day to be sure that I was happy with the work done. He thought it would take 4-5 days, and the crew was done in 2 1/2 days.
