Drywall Repair
Installed a shower for me after a water pipe broke. Now I'm having issues and he's claiming it's not his problem. Work was done in April 2023. He claims it was done over 2 years ago. I have canceled checks to prove it. I asked about this problem twice he lied to me and now he isn't returning my calls. He stated he blocked me in a text.

"This customer was advised of the price immediately after initial contact, this customer lived out of state and his renters were at the job site, there were two rooms needing repair, one was a very small 8x10 living room, where a newborn stayed in the room during my repair, on the second day of the completion of the job, one of the renters had passed away, there were five family members grieving in the living room I needed to finish, could not use a compressor and Hopper spraying texture, I needed to use can texture which seldom comes out perfect, in my opinion, the owner was looking for a reason not to pay as he never suggested touching up or reducing the price."

I met Terry. Surmised he was a solid craftsman and man from work he did on my neighbors home. He installed a particularly out of the ordinary, air conditioner for me in our master bedroom (48" sliding windows), and did a great job in 2 hours. Fine guy to call if you need a new deck and everything else.

I’m newer to Las Vegas and don’t know many people out here. So finding a handyman to do all the projects I needed done, I was pretty much on my own with no recommendations. I chose to download home advisor for the first time and I had contacted 3 different people to come out and give me estimates. I went with Terry because of his confidence on the projects I had showed him. -I am so glad I did. He’s been with me for two full days and has gotten everything I’ve wanted done to my expectations, I even added on a couple projects that he took on with no hesitations!! Absolutely will be working with him from now on! Thank You Terry!!!!
