Poor communication they should answer the phone.

The PR Guys really came through with correcting a previous contractors mess. I went through two other contractors before I found these guys. They are professional, communicative and above all have great workmanship. They take pride in their work. I really appreciate them and if I could I would give them more stars. Highly recommend!

Sam and his partner came to see the job first and he could not get into Neigbor?s back yard to measure the area I needed to be concrete, he measured on his phone which is about 20 feet long by 1 foot, they left and sent me an estimate for $736.39, $500 for labor and $236.39 for materials, I responded that they are about $150 more on labor but I will be willing to pay $650 everything included but had to be the same level as the existing con rear with no gap and they would put a pvc pipe with screen for drainage, they said no problem and they will do it on September 14th and he needed cash in advance to buy the materials, on September 14th Sam cam to my house in the morning and I paid him $300 in cash and he left and came back around 10 AM with his grandfather and started the job, about an hour later he told me that he needs to go back to Home Depot to buy more cement and pvc pipe as he measured it wrong, they left and after hour and half they came back and meanwhile I was on the backyard and I told him that the half concrete that they had done was not leveled with the existing con rear and his grandfather told me that they can?t do that because it costs too much money on concrete, I had taken the picture of the concrete bag and the pvc pipe and Sam told me that he is paying $10 a bag for concrete, his grandfather told me that he will make a good job but will not be leveled and he will make sure that it drains outside and I will not have any leak problem to my closet, I said fine, an hour later Sam came to me that he needs more concrete (so far they had used about 6 bags) and they went back to Home Depot, while they were gone I checked the Home Depot site and the concrete bag which he was using was for $5.74 and PVC pipe which was 2 inch by 10 foot was $17.74 times 2 since he had bought 2 pieces of pipe, when they returned Sam came to me and told me that he spent too much on materials and he needs to charge me $100 more, I told him that I can?t pay home more since he gave me a quote of $650 including all materials, then he said that I will take the materials back and I can get someone else to do the job, I was shucked by his attitude and it was starting to rain and I said go ahead and finish and I?ll pay Hume $50 more and he said the best he can do is $70 more, they finished the job and it was not what I had asked for and con rear is 2 inch below existing con concrete and he tells me that I need to order screen for the pipes and I can order it from Amazon, all these was supposed to be done by him, they used about 10 bags of concrete and with pipes and sealant total materials was less than $130, If I had not paid him cash in advance I would told him to leave but again this was very DISHONEST and very UNPROFESSIONAL from this guy, I?m a retired person and my only source of income is Social Security and $70 is almost all week grocery for me but it will not kill me My advise for anyone who wants to hire him is make sure to get everything on writing and DO NOT pay him in advance, best thing is to buy the materials yourself and demand for the job which you had agreed on It is very Very dishonest to try to cheat a senior citizen I will not hire anyone from Angie?s site anymore I have all the pictures of the job before and after including the materials and the quote that i received prior starting the job Very very very disappointed.

We knocked out a gazebo build in two days that normally takes three days to build. They were fun , dedicated to getting the project done, and most importantly very polite. I couldnâ t have done it without them and super glad I called.

They removed an old concrete entrance ramp, then installed the new entrance ramps and anchor bolts in all three entrance ramps for my heavy electric wheelchair. Then they cleaned and organized my garage. They did an amazing professional job, and were very kind and considerate of my being a disabled wheelchair bound veteran. The showed up on time, and far exceeded my expectations and request. I will be hiring them again soon to help complete some of my other projects.
