He made sure to be available for any questions or concerns we had and was more then willing to go above and beyond to get us the backyard we wanted. His fence team did an awesome job getting our redwood fence up fast and they also removed two trees all the way down to the roots. Douglas’s landscaping crew did a fantastic job installing beautiful pavers throughout our entire backyard and made sure everything was clean and nice when they were finished. "We had a slow start at first but that was not because of Ryan's service, we originally contacted him in February and was on his schedule for February 24th, however the current Job he was working took longer as the job apparently had grown into a longer job.  So we scheduled to February 27th, and then the rain started we had several much needed storms coming in and it was very important that the decks were totally dry before coating and it had to be dry for at least 48 hours after the coating.  Our next schedule was on April 8th due to March being off and on rain.
When Ryan arrived at 10:00 in the morning he brought the material the his crew would need to complete the job, his crew was a little late but once the started the job they did a very efficient job and cleaned up after they were done they were very pleasant and professional. All in all we are very happy with Ryan and his crew.

"The final results are good, but they are very unresponsive.  It took several calls and e-mails to get the project started and completed.  They had to redo parts of the project because of the bad sub-contractors that they used.  When they did the bar install they also gave us a quote on installing some ceiling fans.  I told them we didn't need them right away, because it was winter, but when it got closer to summer we would want them to do the install.  I have now e-mailed them several times, with no response and called them to try and get them to put in the fans.  We will not use them again.
