They did such a great job that they discovered a piece of our old drain system that had gone down to block the drain in part creating a problem that had not been solved by anyone else. They were very prompt; responded immediately to my e-mail and showed up the next day to perform the work. The job took about 45 minutes and the charge for the work was very reasonable.

Very efficient, knowledgeable, and professional.  Listened to my needs and demonstrated results after cleaning.  When I asked how difficult it would be to remove the tub side part of the bathtub drain when I have it resurfaced next week, he offered to remove and replace it then to ensure that there would be no problem later.  Complete clean up of all traces that they had been there.  

To say I'm happy is an understatement.  I tried to arrange with TWO other firms to snake my plumbing.  Neither of those firms even called me back.  I called Mickey Dees to bail me out.  They arrived early and in no time the service was done.  It's hard to believe Mickey and Dee are for real.  I HIGHLY recommend them!

I called in the morning and was able to get an appointment for early afternoon.  Mike was courteous and detailed orientated on the phone.  He called before they came and started working the moment they got here.  Mike and Dee quickly cleared up the clog in the pipe and made sure that the water was flowing smoothly before they left.  They both were very pleasant and professional to work with.  I would use them again if needed and will recommended them to my neighbors.

Very knowledgeable on drain and sewer problems. Quickly diagnosed and cleared drain blockage. Most plumbers do not have the expertise to address drain and sewer issues with this level of understanding and skill. Reasonably priced.

They were amazing! Mike and Dee arrived on time, within hours of calling to schedule. They covered all the surfaces in the bathroom and brought their own cleaning supplies to scour and sanitize the tub when they were finished. Have used other services to unclog drains and have been left with a mess when they're done.
