Thank you for explaining this in a public forum where you can try to intimidate my timely reaction time to this issue that you have with the one of the owners and the fact that one time he had rush limba on the radio while he was outside working . I have in no way said one way or the other about anything, but the need to complete my work on the problems that I was hired by the property owners to do. So you insist on trying to make my business look bad because you are angry with the property owners. Thank you for helping me to help you with your complaints. Simmons was not our first choice. Nothing against them. We tried to deal with our neighbor's family connection. That did not work out very well.
In any case,"Dwayne" showed up when he said he would. Went right to work; seemed to know what he was doing. Got the job done in record time. No BS or drama like the last guy we dealt with.
We appreciate Simmons' responsiveness to our "emergency." TLC let us dangling for more than an hour and never called us to schedule as we were promised. We'll never make that mistake again!
Next time, Simmons will be our first choice.
