ADVANCE PLUMBING

I had used Advanced prior to their last job at my house. I had a clogged sewer line; they replaced the line from my the clean outs to the sidewalk. About 2 months after that the lines were clogged again. They came back out and used a (rented) snake to attempt to clear the pipes. They could not. They told me the clog was between the sidewalk and the main sewer line (located in the street) and that I would have to call another company to fix it and the price would be around 10 to 15 thousand dollars (best guess). 
I called several places for an estimate, called the city to mark the lines, called another sub-ground clog locating company to find the clog. Before committing to another giant plumbing bill, I decided to let a friend take a look. He had the pipes cleared within an hour. The clog was not between the sidewalk and sewer as Advanced Plumbing had claimed, it was between the house and the clear outs. He checked the line between the clear out and sewer, no clogs at all there. 
A few months later it came to my attention that Advanced Plumbing had been sending my bill to the wrong email address. Once I received the bill I sent them a check which was returned to my bank and put back into my account. When I called to inquire about the reason them returning the check, there was no answer, I left a voicemail. It was never returned.
In short, Advanced Plumbing completely misdiagnosed the problem (it was simply a clog between the house and the clean-out), did not bill me in a timely matter, had my email address incorrect, returned the check, and did not bother to return my call. Oh, and they still expect to be paid in full.

Our oxternal faucet connection (for the hose) was leaking and inoperable.  We received a few estimates, some quite expensive and some very cheap.  Mr. Salazar's estimate was in the middle.  He came promptly and fixed the situation very quickly.  He is very professional.

They are always on time. They always seem to know what they are doing. They are very professional. They are not cheap, but they let you know ahead of time how much something will be. They try to find the easiest way to fix the task, but not necessarily the cheapest. They usually give us a lot of options. Whenever I call them, they come out immediately, there is no waiting. They do good quality work, and it is worth the extra.
