Fine. Worker had to run snake three times to clean out the line and spent approximately one hour on the job.

They did a great job and they left the place clean.

The technician, John, was prompt, professional, and helpful. He quickly solved the problem and then helped us understand how we could avoid the problem in the future. We were struck by his helpfulness and his honesty. He could have told us that we needed a new disposal unit so that we would have spent three or four times what the service cost, but he simply went to work on unlocked the unit.

The service was done without incident and the plumber was very professional. I would use them again.

Not so good, the clog was back in a day.  I called company back and the gentlemen said I should have cleanouts installed.  He said he could be out first thing in the morning and it would cost about $1600.  I said I had to get owner approval, but to plan on coming anyway so we could try the drain snake again and run a camera to find the clog.  He called in the morning and I told him the owner would not approve the cleanouts and for us to get in to crawl space to better access the drain.  He never showed up. 

In the mean time I went to Home Depot, rented a powered drain cleaner and proceeded to run a 100" of cable to unclog my drain.  Bottom line, I felt like I was being duped into installing some preferred cleanouts vs just running a powered drain cable.  I've never in my life ran this machine and I had the water flowing in a few hours. 

The service was okay. They came out when they said they would. He cleaned up when he was done.

They are very good and reasonable. They have emergency services. If my hose bib explodes on Saturday night, they will come out on Sunday and fix it without charging extra for that.

They returned, free of charge, when the sewer clogged again.  Appreciated their goodwill and efforts to do a good job.

He came out a couple of times and it was a good experience. I had to dig some of it out and replace about 40 feet of pipe. Then they came out and did the rest of it. They ran a camera through the sewer pipe and discovered that it was broken. Then they gave us options and ideas of how to do it. They were good about coming out and their follow-up was good. I would use them again.

Steven was careful to get the job done and make sure there weren't any leaks. He was a little inefficient, but friendly, and trustworthy

They got it all taken care of. I was still having the same problem after they left the first time. I contacted them and told them I was still having a problem. The gentleman that came out was by himself, and when he was running the system up the sewer line he said that he could only go so far up the line. He had a concern about going up past the turn and breaking the commode. They never did do the video that was part of the Big Deal. They said that they were going to make it right but I never heard from them. I finally got in contact with and scheduled a time for them to come out. They got all the stuff set up and did show me a video of the line like they were supposed to on the second time they came out. Everything turned out okay and I haven’t had any problems since they came back out the second time.
