When my dad told me he was having issues with his water heater, Derrick was the first person I thought of. I was happy to hear he started Duke City Services. He had someone out that day. If he didn't have to order a special one, I'm sure my dad would have had a new water heater by that evening. John was through, professional and left everything tidy when the job was complete.
