KSM

I've always been happy. They are the plumber I always go to. They had 2 people. It took an hour and a half I think.

Any leak we have, we always call him. Price was very reasonable. He even told me things to do on the phone, before we needed him to come out. The only issue was his broken truck, and he couldn't get to us. He is very helpful. Sometimes saves us an service call. We had frozen pipes, and he helped over the phone, and it worked.

They arrived on time and set to work.  They did a nice job and cleaned up.

They did not charge me for that they stood behind their work. That is very important. I am satisfied. I think they did an excellent work. They came out three times and did not charge me until the problem was rectified and fixed. They do very good service. They are really good, a very good company that stands by their work and won't charge until the work is done. They guarantee their work.

Kevin and his associate were very professional in every way. The sink drain pipe was fixed quickly, and the cabinet rebuilt on a separate trip. Extra flexible piping was used in the drain pip repair to prevent the cracking from re-occurring. I appreciate his competence and willingness to discuss all the aspects of the job. I would definitely call KSM again.

On Monday 6/8/15 I had experienced a leak in my yard that required the City to shut off my water supply to my house.  I called Kevin and he was able to respond on Tuesday and took care of the leak right away.  I called several other Angie's List plumbers and a couple said that they could not respond for a couple of weeks!  That was unaccecptable since I needed a repair that day.  One plumber said that they would charge $200 just to locate the leak and provide an estimate.  Another company said that the pipes in the neighborhood were old and was making estimates over the phone without even coming to my home.  KSM's total bill came to $170 and was very reasonable.  I will definatly use KSM again and will recomend them to my family, friends and neighbors.

Exceptional service!  They scheduled for the day I had available, showed up exactly on time and completed the repair in a timely manor.  To my surprise they were also able to repair the wall that had to be cut out to reach the drain pipe.

Kevin, the owner of KSM, is a good guy to work with. It's obvious he has a lot of experience and is able to think on his feet. He removed a marble tile from our wall and installed new valves. It was a tight workspace and took several hours to get everything where it needed to be. I was able to find some matching marble tile here in town and they cut that to fit the new fixtures. He also spent several hours removing some old moldy caulk from around the perimeter of the tub and redoing it. Very labor intensive but it ended up looking nice. It wasn't cheap but plumbers rarely are. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

Both Kade and KC arrived on time.  Went right to work on the problem in the main bathroom.. Very efficient and professional.  They were asked to check the toilet in the master bedroom, which they did. Would definitely use KSM again.  The owner is very professional and has very good plumbers.

Intended to complete in 3 days, went longer to correct cosmetic issues,at no cost. Guys were polite, curtious and professional. Attended to business. I went to meet Kevin at supplier to pick out colors, etc.  It was the perfect tub to solve my problems.beautiful and fit in with what I already had.

Kevin and his team are outstanding.  I have used them before and they are the only plumbers that I will utilize.  They are professional, honest, and will come up with the best and most cost-effective solutions.

Very attentive to doing the job well.  Very extensive.

He saved me from a fortune I was to spend with another guy. He was outstanding. He told me what was really wrong and fixed it.

I called KSM early in the morning because our bathroom was reeking of sewer gas and it was beginning to infiltrate the rest of the house.  They had a repairman to the house within half an hour. He fixed the toilet. Our bill was a bit more because we also asked him to make sure the tubs were draining correctly. We wanted to make sure that we were getting to the cause of the sewer gas problem. We have also used KSM in the past to fix our swamp tank and have been very pleased with responsiveness, quality and professionalism.

fairly uncomplicated service and he did fine.  Needed some parts and there were some that were no longer available, but overall did a decent job.

had called 3 or 4 vendors getting prices sent kevin photo gave me a good price and said he could come over same day and see what problem was and verify. I didn't expect service till Monday but he called back saying he would come over personally and do repair next morning . Finished in just a couple of hours and now I don't worry anymore about leak he is a great plumber and very helpful

They very cleverly modified the cabinet to fit the spot of my former
vanity, making custom cuts and trims as needed. They put the cabinet in,
removed an overhanging medicine cabinet from the wall, and fitted the
granite top  with included sink to fit the cabinet.  Grouted and sealed
everything, and I was happy that they cleaned up and removed all the
boxes and other rubble from the project.  I have used KSM for the past
couple of years and they have never failed to be on time, do a great job
and charge a fair price.  Very pleasant to work with.

They were a little peckish. They were extremely friendly. I would not recommend them because they try to sell to you.
