"Matt replaced the shut off valve, flushed the water heater gratis, and did a plumbing safety inspection of our house on his own volition. Ryan was able to quickly remove our old dishwasher and install the new one. To our great relief, he noticed and pointed out a huge dent on the front of the new dishwasher. Not only did he un-install it for a return to the store but he loaded it into our car. He said that, if we could get the new one today, he would return after his other calls to install it. In the meantime he checked our hot water circulator and assured us it was fine; he also got the garbage disposal working. We were able to get a replacement dishwasher in the afternoon and called Ryan to see if he could return. At the end of his very long day, he returned after dark and installed our new dishwasher. We are certain he got home very late. He went far beyond the call of duty, and we are most grateful.
