Working with Rio Frio was an excellent experience. They are fast and even worked around an issue we had. We had a driveway extension, concrete pad and a curb made. I would definitely hire them again!

Great response time for estimate & performing the job. Excellent communications back & forth as I hired him to redo steep and dangerous steps for my parent. Definitely a professional keeper for the future! Beautiful workmanship. He went above and beyond to adjust an actuator on the door to make the door easier to use.

Eddie and his crew removed and then installed a new driveway...about 1500 sq ft. The redi-mix had fiberglass reinforcement and was poured over wire reinforcement. Great Job! Mr Guterriz and his workers were considerate and efficient. I was notified when they would be on sight, even though early starts. He listened to my concerns and addressed them.

The work was completed per the schedule Rio Frio discussed (start/stop times, completion, time to cure, etc). They communicated early and often. The crew was friendly, efficient, and professional. Eddy and his crew showed up to do a neighbor's patio. Our next door neighbor happened to talk to him and got a quote for replacing their driveway--sounded good, so we asked Eddy to quote ours, too. Very reasonable. Since we would have both driveways done about the same time, Eddy also did some additional work we asked about for free--replacing some concrete block pilasters for a shared fence that had been leaning over. Eddy also installed a French drain in our driveway--no more puddle! Next thing you know, we had him back to pour patios in the front and back of our house. Work was fast and professional--each job was done in about 1-3 days. I've recommended him enough times that, sooner or later, I expect he will have done all the driveways in our 40+ year old neighborhood.

The dynamic duo! It's just an added plus when someone like Eddy possesses the skills of doing the work, and has people skills too. That is a great compliment. I admired the workmanship and positive attitude throughout the project. Family of contractors back home gave the the project a WOW, and that it was beautiful! A neighbor even stopped to get his #, she said ' I see you do good work!'

Owner, Eddie, listened to our ideas about our project. Then he offered his professional recommendations on how to accomplish what we wanted. We had a very reasonable quote within 12 hours. He brought in the people and equipment needed to do the demolition, and install new sidewalks and a new driveway in 2.5 days, The quality of workmanship and the professionalism of his crew were outstanding. We are totally pleased with the work and final product. We fully intend to include Rio Frio in our future projects.

I bought a home with a covered patio (11x39) but without one, contiguous patio floor, so I needed concrete work. I requested a few bids and Rio Frio's was the best AND Edy was so respectful when we talked, I really didn't want to deal with another concrete contractor. Edy said the work would take between 3-4 days (dirt removal included), but definitely done within a work-week; additionally, the closely planted tree may suffer root damage because of where I'd like the slab to end. Honestly, I was sort of hoping they did damage that tree, but no, they were so careful, it's fine :-/ So, they finished early, in my opinion. They were done and gone well before 10:00 AM of the fourth day when I checked my Ring camera, and it looks wonderful! Their work is wonderful, but more importantly, they were respectful and kind (I'm an older lady) without being condescending--just good manners! Edy will do my front entry stair redo when I'm ready, I've already decided. Before and after pics:

Replaced my driveway and sidewalk. Eddie and his crew were great, very professional and friendly. They showed up on time , work completed quickly. They did an excellent job from start to finish including cleanup and returning my landscape to original form. I am very happy and pleased with my new driveway and sidewalk.
