"I-Deal HVAC was the installation contractor provided by Lowes when I purchased a new hot water heater. Kenneth, my installer, did a superb, professional install, and fully explained the operation of the new hot water heater. Despite the fact that Lowes Delivery couldn't get their act together as far as my request that the installer pick up the hot water heater, Kenneth was flexible and understanding, and arrived on schedule to perform the install. I would highly recommend I-Deal HVAC--if the rest of their staff is as good as Kenneth, they are the contractor of choice for prompt, professional service. Many thanks, Kenneth!"

"Brad is an amazing plumber. Answers his calls promptly, courteous, hard working and finishes quickly. He fixed a well pump , installed outside faucets and installed an automatic horse waterer for us. He is very reasonable, and explained all costs ahead of time."

"Title: Exceptional, trustworthy plumbing — highly recommended Galactic Mechanical & Plumbing exceeded every expectation. After a frustrating runaround with other companies, Jordan drove up from Albuquerque to Santa Fe, waived the trip charge, and quickly diagnosed that I only needed a faucet fixture (not a full sink). He went to Home Depot, installed the new fixture, fixed a few other small issues, and left everything working — all billed fairly for one hour of labor. Jordan was professional, efficient, and honest; Megan in the office was courteous and helpful. As a longtime local with two homes, I’m already planning to use Galactic as my go-to plumber. Highly recommend them for reliable, respectful, and skilled service. Thank you, Jordan."

"The crew did the job, digging up and replacing 40 ft of main water line from the city line to the house, including installation of a pressure reducing valve. Overall COST was pretty expensive for labor considering the PEX tubing for the water line was the pretty much the only parts needed minus the pressure valve. I realize they go by a book that determines cost before work is actually done, though and I agreed to it. Kinda hard to get other estimates when you are in a pickle and need water in your home going asap during the holidays. Job got done and the 2 workers were nice guys. One complaint is I asked if there was a Veteran's Discount and they did include it but it was LESS THAN a 3% discount off the subtotal. Taking a star off for this and another for high labor cost."

"Cool Breeze listened to what we wanted, helped us design the kitchen for maximum storage and ease of usage. They were prompt, cleaning up as they progressed. They also replaced counter tops in two bathrooms. We were very comfortable with them in our home. I would definitely recommend Cool Breeze to family and friends."

"Steve, Justin, and Mark did an outstanding job, they essentially removed our old faulty water boiler, installed the latest in combination DHW and Radiant Heating, redesigned the existing piping to make it efficient and more functional, added new pumps and ventilation, plus troubleshooting, and they never quit until the job was done thoroughly and properly. Our old water-heating system was never installed correctly and had some of the hardware had issues from the start. The plumbing Co. completely removed the old hardware and redesigned the new system with the latest in water-heating technology. These guys are the plumbers we will use from now...they are trustworthy and very good at what they do!"
