"The crew did the job, digging up and replacing 40 ft of main water line from the city line to the house, including installation of a pressure reducing valve. Overall COST was pretty expensive for labor considering the PEX tubing for the water line was the pretty much the only parts needed minus the pressure valve. I realize they go by a book that determines cost before work is actually done, though and I agreed to it. Kinda hard to get other estimates when you are in a pickle and need water in your home going asap during the holidays. Job got done and the 2 workers were nice guys. One complaint is I asked if there was a Veteran's Discount and they did include it but it was LESS THAN a 3% discount off the subtotal. Taking a star off for this and another for high labor cost."

We made an appointment for the next morning (a Saturday). 4 hours after John showed up I had my new water heater installed and working. He even hauled off my old water heater."

He not only arrived promptly on a Saturday morning, he informed my husband and I about each step of his inspection. He even showed us where the exhaust was disconnected allowing carbon monoxide to fill our garage. Since the unit was less than 3 years old he encouraged us to
