A pipe joint had not been glued when the house was built 41 years ago and it took that long for the tiny leak to come to the surface. Thomas worked his butt off, climbing in the 5 foot deep hole in the mud to remove the old PVC pipe and install new pipe into a better configuration. It was Friday before Memorial Day weekend and Thomas worked till around 6pm to get the hole covered up and area cleaned up. He also had 2 more jobs to complete that day after leaving my job. Look no further, Signature is the place to go for fixing your plumbing issues. They came when scheduled and even though the project was SIGNIFICANTLY more work than initially envisioned, it was worked on until completion. Excellence is all I can say!!"

"The crew did the job, digging up and replacing 40 ft of main water line from the city line to the house, including installation of a pressure reducing valve. Overall COST was pretty expensive for labor considering the PEX tubing for the water line was the pretty much the only parts needed minus the pressure valve. I realize they go by a book that determines cost before work is actually done, though and I agreed to it. Kinda hard to get other estimates when you are in a pickle and need water in your home going asap during the holidays. Job got done and the 2 workers were nice guys. One complaint is I asked if there was a Veteran's Discount and they did include it but it was LESS THAN a 3% discount off the subtotal. Taking a star off for this and another for high labor cost."
