"I have used Mike's Computer Repair for several years now, and have always been extremely satisfied. Mike is very trustworthy so I never have to worry about turning over "control" of my computer to him. I have called on Mike numerous times when I mess up something on the computer and he quickly takes care of my mistakes and doesn't act like I'm an idiot. I highly recommend using Mike."

"Brandon, the owner came to give estimate and assess what repairs may need done so he could send his tech with the proper supplies and equipment. Tech arrived as scheduled and did an excellent job diagnosing and repairing the problem."

"ABQ Computer Repair was very clear about what might be necessary to fix my computer and said they'd try to retrieve all the data on the damaged drive, but couldn't make any promises. They ended up having to replace the hard drive (he showed me the old drive, and even I could see it was badly damaged). But they also saved ALL my old data. Took longer than they said, but it was worth it. Price was very reasonable."

"Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."

"My lap top crashed. The Sunwest team came to my home, checked it out and then, when they found that it would not be a quick fix, took it to their facility to work on over the weekend. They saved my data and also installed a faster hard drive at my request. I am able to communicate with them over the internet, now, if I have further computer difficulties. This is an excellent company and I highly recommend them!"

Yes, an arc fault is serious. Caused by damaged or overheated wiring, an arc fault can trigger a spark that can cause a fire. And because these fires often start behind walls, they have the potential to spread before they’re detected by smoke alarms. According to the Consumer Product Safety Commission, an estimated 50% of electrical fires can be prevented by using AFCIs.

Many contractors and service providers offer warranties that cover the parts and labor for their repair work. You should always confirm the specific terms of the warranty before hiring.

Repairs take 2-6 hours, but extensive frame replacements may extend the timeline.

Basic troubleshooting is possible, but professionals ensure secure data handling and proper repairs.
