J.R. did an outstanding job on a difficult, complicated replacement and setup job on not just one computer but multiple interconnected computers for me. He replaced my old computer system comprising of 1) an old PC, monitor, and printer and 2) two old, outdated laptops connected via a wi-fi modem; with a new updated computer system comprised of 1) a relatively new PC with a new compatible monitor, 2) two new laptops connected via same wifi, and 3) the conversion of the old PC with its old monitor which was not compatible with the new PC into a video gaming computer for our grandsonâ s use, still connected within the same computer network. One of the new laptops had an upward compatibility problem with its old dedicated printer with the new laptop but was satisfactorily resolved. All the data, folders, and software in the old computers were transferred into their respective new computers as compatibility allowed. All the old computers had the non-supported Windows 10 and were replaced with Windows 11. The old Microsoft Family 365 software was transferred from all the old computers into all the new computers. All work was performed at my home site filling a highly desired remote work site need when almost all companies were moving away from doing remote site work and relying primarily on work done at their company site. His total cost easily beat the competitors with the convenience and remote site work. J.R. was very knowledgeable, Microsoft certified, reliable, friendly, easy to work with, made great effort to look out for our needs, and dealt with changing requirements of our personal needs efficiently and quickly as they occurred. He willingly gave good advice and suggestions for improved performance in other areas outside of his contracted scope of work, such as in modem services and speed, and AC power protection systems. He is very flexible schedule-wise and very willing to work with your schedules as he is anxious to successfully start his new computer service business. A very satisfied customer. I give him a 5.

I was extremely happy with J.R. he made this a simple process that I could understand, knowing nothing about how to move and old computer information to a new one, I was truly thankful how easy and fast he was, I think his pricing is extremely reasonable too.

JR is able to size up the possible problems quickly. He provided information on laptop specs without me asking, and responded quickly to texts while I went out shopping. He researched the possibility of saving my hard drive data and to transfer that data to a knew laptop. I will always turn first to JR (Sitman) for me tech needs. Denise D
