Competent friendly service

Our wireless plotter would not connect to network. Mark worked remotely and walked me through a new network setup. Which worked in less than an hour we are up and running again. Mark was kind, helpful and very knowledgeable. Wish we had known about Sunwest Technologies all along. Would definitely hire them again.

Excellent company. Very professional, worked with me to get my computer back up and running properly. My computer was barely running, hard drive was crashing, worked all day one day doing a system restore which did not correct the problem. Joe came to my house and worked on my system, took CPU back to their shop and came back the next day with it running like it should have. Highly recommend.

My lap top crashed. The Sunwest team came to my home, checked it out and then, when they found that it would not be a quick fix, took it to their facility to work on over the weekend. They saved my data and also installed a faster hard drive at my request. I am able to communicate with them over the internet, now, if I have further computer difficulties. This is an excellent company and I highly recommend them!

Initial contact was phone support. The problem was not resolved so a technician was dispatched to my home. The problem was resolved and I am able to use the computer again. Thanks to Mark and Joseph.

Technician and owner were fantastic

Joe came to the house and worked on my computer. Joe was very friendly and professional. He did a great job and I would definitely call Sunwest Technology again for anything computer related repair.
