He came out twice, fixed our furnace, tested for carbon monoxide, and even checked our stove and water heater. "The repair went very well. I had talked to them on the phone and the plumber brought the correct fitting with him to the job. We discovered during the repair that an additional piece was needed, so he ran to the hardware store at no additional charge. The repair was completed correctly and the job site was properly cleaned when they were done.
I will definitely use these guys for future plumbing work. Very good company."

"Computer had been acting up for a while but I kept putting off getting it fixed. After reading all the great reviews, I decided to give N.A.T.S. a call. So glad I did. Jim was able to resolve all my problems remotely - no drop off or pick up necessary - so convenient! I feel like I have a brand new computer, it runs so well and FAST too. I couldn't be happier and wouldn't hesitate to use his services again. My only regret is that I didn't call him sooner.
